English Unlimited - the school of foreign languages - is one of the oldest and largest language schools in Poland. English Unlimited was established in 1989 by three university lecturers. Their many years of professional experience, acquired at educational institutions in Great Britain, the U.S.A. and in Poland, bore fruit with the creation of a modern, professional school of foreign languages which works in compliance with the highest world standards.

Thanks to the education offered at our school, thousands of people have received a chance to further their own development, enhance their professional success, extend their horizons, and broaden their options.

Today English Unlimited is not just a language school. It has developed into a large network including language schools, chain of bookshops, the Teacher Training College, the Educational Centre for Translators and the Centre for Teacher Development. Our offer is continually extended to meet the high expectations of our customers.

The name of our school is connected with our mission as for us - English Unlimited means creating unlimited possibilities for future development. The measure of our success in not only based on our awards and endorsements which we have acquired from over 18 years of service. As an acknowledgement of English Unlimited high standards of excellence the school has gained many awards and certificates over the years.




In the years 1995, 1999, 2002, 2005 English Unlimited repeatedly received a quality sign confirming very high standards of teaching the English Language.

2002 “Griffin Award”




The prize awarded by the Economic Council in the province of Pomerania (Pomorze), to promote the best firms in the province. In following editions the Griffin Award has become the most esteemed and prestigious regional economic prize administered by the autonomous ministry of economics in the province of Pomerania.

2002, 2003, 2004 Top Rating in “Newsweek – Poland”



The number one ranking in the Tri-city (2002, 2003, and 2004) by the weekly magazine "Newsweek - Poland" confirmed the high level of instruction offered at English Unlimited. In 2003 and 2004, English Unlimited was also given the greatest number of total points from all the schools in Poland. English Unlimited branches in Bydgoszcz and Poznan were also awarded first place and the school in Szczecin was awarded third place. All the English Unlimited schools in Poland ranked highly in the Newsweek rankings.

2003 European Label



The European Label award is administered by the European Committee and the Department for National Education and Sport for innovative methods and bold initiatives regarding the instruction and learning of foreign languages.

We are the first private language school in Poland to have received this prestigious award and simultaneously the only institution whose two language projects were recognized by the Committee. The awarded -winning projects were "The life and times of Patricia Gembek & Vicky's Adventures" as well as "The artistic language project for children and young teenagers".
